Advanced Reflexology

Tutor: Kristine Walker BA, ATC, MAR

This is a day in which reflexologists with some knowledge of reflexology can add to their skills and explore ways of working, combining modern and traditional methods and including Kristine's own "reflexology diagnosis".

The morning session will involve exploration and assessment of the feet using a variety of touch techniques and cross checking with the hands.

The afternoon session will be concerned with applying therapeutic methods to deal with what is discovered, looking at ways to deal with pain, chronic and acute illness, and depression.

Don't worry if you not familiar with hand and facial reflexology; you will learn some simple ways to include them in an interesting way, as part of your therapeutic repertoire.

Kristine is introducing new dynamic principles in this workshop - a departure from our regular way of working - and you will be the first to experience some of these changes!

The workshop will practical, fun and experiential, at the same time honing your skills to enhance your professional practice.
