Head Massage

Head massage has been used in India for centuries - especially by barbers, who passed their secret techniques down through generations. Narendra Mehta, who started a school in 1991 called 'the London school of Champissage' brought it to the UK. This comes from the Hindu word 'champi', meaning 'head massage'. Our own word shampoo comes from this word and relates directly to the stimulating head massage given by Indian barbers.
