The attractive perfumes of essential oils have a measurable influence on the brain and are capable of adjusting a person's mood. Certain properties in the oils are absorbed through the skin and can have a positive effect on helping relieve various conditions, such as headaches and PMT.

Tutor Kitty Fletcher, who also teaches the Reflexology, Deep Tissue Massage and 'Hands-Free' courses at the Wilbury school, has an extensive working knowledge of the oils and their properties. Her love of working with the oils successfully over the years shows in her passion and enthusiasm for her subject.
