Massage

This course will equip you with a safe, effective series of movements and routines, so that by the end of the day you will be able to perform a wonderfully relaxing massage on your friends and family. We will spend time focussing on the 'tension' areas: back, neck and shoulders, and you will benefit from both giving and receiving massage.
