Reflexology for Friends and Family

Spend a day with Reflexologist John Owen learning and practising some basic and simple techniques and discover the joy of reflexology.

You will learn how the feet reflect the anatomy of the body and will be able to use these methods on friends and family for relaxation, reducing the effects of tension and for the general promotion of well-being.
No previous knowledge is required, and the methods wil be valuable if you decide to train in reflexology at a later date.
