She coaches hammer throwing and other throwing events regularly at Crawley Athletics Club and also coaches at county & area athletics development days.
Anna graduated in Sports & Exercise Science from UWIC in 2005. She came into sports massage after competing as an athlete internationally at a young age, receiving regular treatment over a number of years for a serious back injury. The treatment she received led her to pursue a career in sports massage to work alongside her coaching and teaching skills to provide a superior working knowledge of body mechanics.
